Water Conservation in Food Service, and Other Sustainable Solutions for the Hotel Industry - International Best Practices, Processes and Technologies

Seminar organised on March 13, 2018 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Message brought home was - "Today, 71% of the world population lives under conditions of moderate to severe water scarcity. Increasing demand further threatens our survival in the future. We need to understand that water conservation is the responsibility of each one of us.
The hotel / hospitality industry is a highly organised industry. It consumes high quantum of water, energy etc. for its day to day working. There is a huge opportunity here to reduce wastage and use resources efficiently, resulting in cost savings for the industry, as well as saving the environment and helping the local community.
The Seminar was addressed by the Director General, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India & other experts from India and overseas. The event was well accepted and appreciated by the industry.
